Czech Republic is both a key EU cannabis processing hub and an emerging adult-use market. From January 2026, Czech law permits adults (21+) to possess up to 100g at home and cultivate up to three plants for personal use — one of the most progressive personal-use frameworks in Europe. Commercial sales remain prohibited. Cannvera works with licensed Czech GMP processors as part of its multi-origin supply network and serves qualified Czech buyers.
Czech Republic operates under EU cannabis regulations covering industrial hemp, medical cannabis, and — from January 2026 — adult-use personal possession and home cultivation. Cultivation requires a license from the State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL). GMP processing is available through licensed facilities. Commercial adult-use sales remain prohibited; the market is personal-use based. Export to EU markets is permitted under standard EU documentation.
